A web-based system to monitor and predict healthcare activity

چکیده

The UK National Health Service is subject to variation in demand for medical services, particularly during the winter. Such variations can cause major problems for the management of services to patients. This paper describes System Watch, a real-time system to assist with healthcare planning in NHS Scotland.
